Intensive Adult Foster Care

This Adult Services program oversees two group homes that provide round-the-clock supervision for residents with chronic, severe mental illness that keeps them from living independently. The primary purpose is to ensure safety and maintain community living versus institutional living. We provide case management and fiduciary support to the residents while mediating and coordinating care to address the residents’ persistent behavioral issues linked to their mental illness.
