Supporting clients (18+) with mental health needs through connections to community partners to achieve life goals

Potomac Case Management Services, Inc. (PCMS) is now providing services as Potomac Community Services (PCS) to be more inclusive of our growing programs. We provide the same high-quality services designed with you in mind and have been for 25 years. We specialize in helping community members improve their independence and quality of life in Allegany, Carroll, Frederick, and Washington Counties in Maryland.
