Potomac Community Services is a proud partner of the ENOUGH Program, a first-of-its-kind, state-led effort focused on improving health, safety, and opportunity in historically under-resourced neighborhoods. 

 

Through our collaboration with Bester Community of Hope, we provide free, community-based support to families with youth impacted by substance use in the South End Community of Hagerstown (as defined by the Bester School District map below).

Eligibility:

​Youth experiencing substance use, or youth whose parent, guardian, or another adult in the household is experiencing substance use and resides in the South End Community.
