Mobile Crisis Services responds to people where they are in the community during a behavioral or mental health crisis. Our team listens, supports, and helps individuals and families find the resources they need. All services provided are voluntary and confidential.

Support for Challenging Moments
Mobile Crisis Services is here to help, not just during psychiatric emergencies. We support people through complex or hard‑to‑define situations, including:

Poverty‑related stressors

Adult and youth mental health concerns

Behavioral challenges

Substance use and addiction

Domestic violence

Traumatic situations and grief

Case consultation and support for clinicians and first responders

Our Team
Mobile Crisis Clinicians
-
Master’s‑level social workers (LMSW or LGPC minimum)
-
LCSW‑C or LCPC clinicians may complete Emergency Petitions
Mobile Crisis Specialists
-
Highly trained staff with experience in crisis response, substance use, and first‑responder systems
All staff are trained in evidence‑based crisis interventions, CPR and First Aid certified, and equipped to administer naloxone. Mobile Crisis Staff will collaborate with law enforcement, as appropriate
Mobile Crisis Services offer immediate, short-term crisis support. Services do not include removing individuals from the home, financial assistance, food or housing support, long-term therapy or case management, diagnosing behavioral health conditions, or prescribing medication.
