Dear Valued Clients and Partners of Allegany County:

lt is with a heavy heart that we announce the closure of our Allegany office in Cumberland, effective 6/30/25. For the past five years, we have been honored to serve the mental health needs of our community through case management and care coordination.

Please know this decision was not made lightly or quickly. During the coming weeks, we will have staff available to assist through these transitions as we understand the impact this may cause.

For Our Clients:

We are deeply grateful for the trust you have shown us over the years. Serving you has been a privilege, and we are committed to ensuring a smooth transition during this time. We will continue to provide services through 6/30/25 or when you transition to another suitable provider.

It is important for you and your case manager or care coordinator to create a plan; we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible to make any necessary arrangements. We appreciate your collaboration and shared commitment to mental health. If you need assistance transitioning clients or accessing records, please don't hesitate to reach out. We will continue to serve Washington, Frederick, & Carroll Counties. We understand that change can be difficult, and we are doing everything we can to support our clients and partners throughout this process.
